Events

Village life can sometimes be perceived as boring, but this is not the case if you live in or around Herstmonceux. Our aim when we came to the pub was to make it the focal point of the village community, but not restricted to. Since our arrival we have put on a variety of events including quiz's, darts matches, pumpkin growing competition, lollipop hunt, fine dining, party nights, and wine tasting evenings. Fortunately all have been well supported, which means there will be more of the same until things change…….
